Heidi Settlemier is a life long resident of Portland, OR, currently residing in the Alameda neighborhood. She working towards a degree in Real Estate with an emphasis in Property Management from Marylhurst University. She has been in the business over six years, specializing in close-in Eastside residential properties, particularly in Alameda, Beaumont, Rose City, and Mt. Tabor. Heidi is dedicated to serving the needs of both buyers and sellers full-time. She is a 3rd generation family Realtor with over 100 years combined family Real Estate experience behind her. She is an active member of the Hollywood Lions Club and the Diamond Platinum  Million Dollar Club. She is knowledgeable in Spanish and her personal interests include traveling, art, and athletics.

Steven Settlemier/Broker/Owner

Steven is a life long resident of Portland, OR and a graduate of the University of Oregon currently residing in the Rose City area. Being a 2nd generation family Realtor, and having over 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry working with buyers and sellers full time, he has over 100 years combined family Real Estate experience behind him. Steven has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer since 1978, working by referral and specializing in older homes in inner NE and SE Portland, mainly in Alameda, Beaumont, Rose City, and Mt. Tabor. Aside from his Broker´s license, Steven also is a licensed contractor with extensive knowledge of home restoration. He is active in the community, having been a member of the Royal Rosarians the past ten years. Personal interests include traveling (5 year resident of London), art, college athletics, and gardening.

The Settlemier family has been serving the needs of the Portland Real Estate market since 1946 and before. After founding the Woodburn, Oregon tract, our family was involved with building some of the earliest homes in Portland, as far back as the "Lewis & Clark Exposition."
Jesse Settlemier III began Settlemier Realty in 1946. His wife Junalys started a stellar selling career not long thereafter. Their son Steven ventured into the real estate business by joining his father at the company in the 1970´s, later changing the company name to Alameda Realty in the early 80's to reflect the name of the street on which his office was to relocate. Just a few years later his wife Gloria teamed up with him. Then, In 1999 Steven´s daughter Heidi continued the tradition, becoming licensed at the age of 19. She joined Alameda Realty as part of the "Settlemier Team."
